Jessica Flynn

Jessica Flynn is in Account Management at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Hemophilia/Oncology division. She has over 25 years of industry and leadership experience in Pharmaceuticals in Urology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, and Cardiology in the Washington, DC Metro area.  She has worked for Schering Plough, Takeda, Auxilium, and most recently, Astellas Pharmaceuticals prior to Bayer. Her experience includes sales, training, management, and market access and reimbursement. Jessica has earned multiple awards in her career including Chairman's Circle, Rep of the Year, Pinnacle Winner, and multiple Leadership Awards. 

Jessica is raised in the DC Metro area and earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Delaware in Biology in 1996.

She lives in Chevy Chase with her husband Patrick, daughter Caroline, and son Graham. She enjoys running, biking, and traveling. Jessica and her husband have been involved with LBF for the past decade serving on the host and sponsorship committees.
